The Kansas City Small Business Monthly announced a new name and look today. The publication is now KC Small Business and sports the new tag line "Smart Companies Thinking Bigger".
According to Kelly Scanlon, president and publisher of KC Small Business, the reason local business owners are turning to their media products—magazines, Web sites, radio shows, events, electronic newsletters and online calendar—is they are looking for information and resources to take their businesses to the next level. The recent changes were made to reflect the needs of the dynamic, engaged and growing businesses they serve.
